Reading with Freya
My readings aren’t about fortune-telling. They are tools for self-empowerment. My readings help you decode energies in your life so you can act with agency; spot behavioral patterns so you can grow beyond them; heal old wounds and amplify your light—because all our paths should be love, abundance, and radical self-trust.
My approach is informed by my kaleidoscope of lived experiences as a queer, neurodivergent migrant across three continents; a musician, yogi, art practitioner and critical theory nerd with a background in computer science and literature; a trauma-informed mental health ex-patient and advocate who believes in the vitality of holistic wellbeing to support our individual life and collective sociopolitical life.
I currently offer five astrology and tarot readings:
- Liminal Inquiry: Tarot as an existential inquiry into your shadows and lights, and what you truly desire.
- Archeology of Self: Birth chart as a palimpsest layered with references that guides you to fullest being.
- Atlas of Self: A less intense mapmaking of the self to survey your peaks, lines, and uncharted edges.
- Existential Transitions: Planetary movements as future currents for you to navigate with intention.
- Foundations & Futures: A combo of three readings to ground you deeper and push you higher.
For details on each offering, including full descriptions, pricing, how to book, my personal journey and approach, read the full guide on my newsletter. I also write monthly astrology energy updates and essays on culture, society, and technology through the lens of zodiac signs, and you are welcome to subscribe to my free newsletter through email.

Meditation & Sound Healing
My work revolves around wellbeing, transformation, and liberation. Besides offering personal readings, I also teach guided meditation as the singular greatest tool for mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Meditation is a holistic somatic practice that helps us find our inner peace, strength, and sense of knowing which are crucial in navigating the collective crises we are in.
As a former academic, I have also come to understand the limits of Western philosophy and academic work through meditation. The integration of theory and practice, of mind and body, cannot take place on the page — and to decolonize the world, we have to first decolonize our mindbodysoul, re-entering the complexity of a holistic existence that we call human.
I often work with breathwork (or pranayama), somatics, chakras, visualization, and sound healing in my meditation sessions. I have taught in universities, galleries, community centers, parks, yoga studios, and online. I often host events around lunar cycles and solar terms of the year. Recordings of past sessions are on my YouTube Channel and you can subscribe to my newsletter for session updates.
